We're planning that 2011 will be yet another year of GROWTH
Welcome and we thought we'd share the our plans for the remainder of 2011...
We are continuing to develop our ALL NEW Website. Although this is taking longer than we anticipated, the development of this new site will allow us to bring you even more fancy dress costumes and more costume accessories. Additionally, we will be able to provide you, our family of customers, even more fancy dress costume and party advice and product information to ensure that you have everything to hand when you make your selection.
Just like our existing system, key to the success of our new website will be the fact that it is configured to only accept your order when we have the required stock on hand available for immediate dispatch.
Our new website will offer us the ability to bring you even more fancy dress costume styles and accessories to complete your outfit and we have been busy tracking down new suppliers from around the world and we believe that our product line-up is, and will continue to be, one of the best on the internet. As well as adding even more costumes and accessories to our already huge catalogue, our new system will allow us to display these in the groupings that YOU want to see.
Of course it's easy for us, our site design team and our programmers to develop the website but it's YOUR views that count and we would appreciate your comments on how we can improve it further.

To maintain our customer service level targets on shipping and delivery of orders, and to support adding hundreds of new fancy dress costumes and accessories to our already huge catalogue we are also planning to move to significantly larger premises. With a larger warehouse, purpose designed for the storage and shipment of costumes and accessories and a larger office suite we will be increasing our payroll to ensure that all customer orders and queries are handled efficiently and promptly.
Despite these changes we remain at our core a FAMILY BUSINESS and we will continue to pride ourselves on our service levels. Our core belief is that we should offer our customers a level of service that we would expect and demand of others. We are not a discount site but we believe that our prices are competitive and that they reflect the quality of the product. We do offer a range of Special Offers and these will change periodically.
