From our local horror hospital where nightmares become reality, this is surely one of the scariest Nurses on the ward. Our Blood Splattered Nurse fancy dress costume comprises of a short sleeved nurse's dress in hospital green. This is pretty cotton dress with a button top with a turnover collar and the cuffs of the sleeves are elasticated giving them a puffed look. The hemline of the dress is tattered as befits any zombie or manical being. The dress has a white bib and apron, which also has a ragged hem and is blood splattered.

This wickedly playful manical nurse costume is completed with a matching green headpiece which is decorated with a white cross within a red circle. Please note; the model is shown holding a jumbo syringe which is not included with the costume but is available from our extensive collection of Halloween and Hospital costume accessories.
