A real Bobby Dazzler as they say! This stunning Moonlight Brite Halloween costume from the US manufacturer Dreamgirl has a beautiful twinkling light-up skirt. It's sure to make you the centre of attention at any Halloween party or costume event. This super Moonlight Brite Vampiress fancy dress costume comrises of a very pretty halterneck dress which features a red top which is overlayed with black lace. The dress has a deep scooped neckline and the costume includes a reversible cape in black and red which also features a tall stand-up cape with a simple red ribbon tie.

The costume includes a black faux leather waist corset which has a black cross lacing at the front and which is shaped beneath a black satin ribbon bow at the centre of the bustline. The dress has a multi-layered black mini-skirt which has a ruffled black braid running around the skirt just above the hemline. The outer layers of the skirt include fibre optic lights which are controlled by an of/off switch which is held in a hidden pocket.

Completing this outfit is a set of glow in the dark vampire fangs which complete the costume perfectly.
