Bavarian Waistcoat Gents Fancy Dress Costume Ref: AC0TH657

Karnival Costumes continues to bring you the very best in costumes and accessories for all occassions and for Oktoberfest we think we've done it again. This is a deluxe quality waistcoat and is designed to match our deluxe lederhosen AC0TH655. The waistcoat is made from the softest brown moleskin fabric and has been made with a superb attention to detail.

Our Bavarian or Alpine waistcoat costume comprises of a mid-brown waistcoat or sleeveless jacket which has a small rounded collarline and lapels. The front of the waistcoat is single breasted and has three deluxe buttons. the front of the wasitcoat has the appearance of having been made from a number of pieces and there are two faux pockets which are from a lighter fawn making a classic contrast. This fawn moleskin is used to outline the collar and lapels and this continues to the hemline where it is flared around the opening and finishes two inches in from the opening creating an unusual effect. The lapels and collarline are decorated with fine golden coloured stitched embroidery which creates a really luxurious finish.

The back of the waistcoat, as well as having the collarline with the embroidered stitched thred design, has a fawn inset highlight across the upper back from which there is an inset dart in matching fawn moleskin. This is held in chek with a buttoned strap which runs from side seam to the centre. This strap has the outer side in mid-brown and the inner in fawn adding another layer to the look and feel of this piece. The back strap could be left unbuttoned if additional girth is required..

The model in the picture is shown wearing a white shirt, our brown ledehosen (AC0TH655), a pair of ivory Alpine socks and a traditionally styled Alpine hat. These are not included with the waistcoat but with the exception of the shirt, are available from our extensive range of Oktoberfest Costume Accessories.
