Ollie the Owl Deluxe Halloween deluxe fancy dress costume for toddlers and older children. Our beautifully manufactured Ollie the Owl Halloween costume is a fantastic Halloween Cape costume. Easy to wear costume with handy side slits for the arms. This delightful cape is light brown and tan and is made from soft brushed suedette with a textured feather effect fur fabric. Neckline is decorated with a wide collar of black jagged feather like pieces.

Ollie the Owl costume is completed with a padded owl's head which features piercing eyes set into a padded headpiece with feather effect fabric and incorporating the owl's ears.
