Wicked Witch lady's Halloween fancy dress costume comprising of a long sleeved slinky black long length halterneck dress featuring a blood red rouched inset panel across the bust. The rouching across the bust is continued down the dress leading to a jagged cut hemline. The cuffs of the sleeves are destinctive and are made from various lengths of the blood red material used across the bustline. Included with the dress is a matched blood red choker which is also jagged cut creating a dramatic effect.

This value Wicked Witch Halloween fancy dress costume is completed wth traditionally styled tall witch's hat in the sam blood red colour and which has a wide wired brim and a rouched black hat band.
