Things you need to know:
  • No minimum order value
  • When collecting the item from store, please bring your order confirmation email and a form of ID.
  • If someone is collecting the item on your behalf, they must be over the age of 18 and bring the confirmation email, a form of photo ID and a letter of consent from yourself.
  • Store collections are available 5 days a week, Monday through Friday 10.00am to 5.00pm or at other times by arrangement.

What is click and collect?
You can now buy online and collect from our main warehouse at 19 Purdeys Way, Purdeys Industrial Estate, Rochford Essex SS5 6ES. Place your order before 4pm on a work day* and it’ll be ready for you to collect the same day. This is a FREE delivery service.
Once I’ve ordered online – what happens next?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has arrived and been confirmed at our website. If you don’t receive your email don’t forget to check your junk e-mail box. We’ll send another to inform you that your goods are ready for collection, if you prefer we ring you to let you know it’s ready, please let us know at the time of ordering.
I have my confirmation e-mail what next?
Now you can collect in from our warehouse, please bring your confirmation email and proof of ID (driving licence or passport). Your order will be kept for a maximum of 14 days.
What items can I collect from store?
Click & Collect is available for most but not all of the items we sell. There are a few items where the goods are delivered directly by the manufacturer.  We have attempted to identify these items as being “Not available for Store Collection” or “Please Check Availability for Store Collection”.

We’re unable to accept combined orders that include items for collection from our warehouse as well as items for delivery, so in these cases please place two separate orders.
When can I collect my order?
Collection from our warehouse can be made any day of the week and you have up to 14 days from the day your notification e-mail in which to come into store and pick up your goods. If you will be unable to collect within that time, please contact us to extend the collection date.
What time can I collect my order?
When you order is ready for collection we will send you an email and our normal collection times are 10am to 5pm.  If you wish to collect your items outside of these times, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
Can I send somebody else to collect my order?
Yes, but they must be aged 18 years or over and bring the confirmation email, a form of ID and a written letter of consent from yourself.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, simply contact us by phone 01702 548765 or by e-mail to let us know that you wish to cancel the order and we’ll handle the paperwork for you.
