In a range of bright neon colours each with a coloured cone with matching pompom at the tip, these are super hats for celebrating any birthday party, child or adult! With a contrasting coloured for the frilled ribbon hat brim, these are held in place with the hidden spring operated hair clip which is easy enough for all to use.
