The spectre of Breast Cancer is a scary thought and all too many women assume that it only happens to others and that it won’t happen to them. The horrifying reality of it is that in the UK a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer every ten minutes. So there is no room for complacency or ignorance and breast cancer awareness month 2018 should be taken as a reminder to go for a medical checkup, it might save your life. NATIONAL TEQUILA DAY
Annually July 24th is celebrated as National Tequila Day around the world. A chance for people to sample the delights of this spirit made from the juice of the blue argave plant. If you can't remember last year's celebraton then perhaps a little less sampling maybe in order..either way, why not celebrate our love of this famous Mexican spirit by holding your own Mexican themed costume party whilst enjoying a tequila or two with friends and family.

Patron Saint of England since 1415 and in the past a national holiday, now our own St George has been relegated to a point where we ENGLISH spend more on celebrating the life of St Patrick than we do our own National Saint. Here at Karnival Costumes we think that's sad and we urge every English man, woman and child to take up the challenge of celebrating one of our own -okay we borrowed him, but he's still our national symbol of hope!
