Pirate Skull Tutu - Black Sparkle 11"

Very pretty and very alluring. This is a cute 11" deep tutu featuring a silver thread embroidered skull and crossed bones all around. The tutu is basically black with silver sparkle with a silver and black sequin braiding above the skull inset. All of this is over black netting and an inner black lining. the tutu has an elasticated waistline which is completed with an internal tie to ensure a comfortable fit. Very affordable and sure to become a favourite with many costumes and short skirts.
