Our Money Back Promise

In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, you can obtain a replacement or full refund provided that the product is returned unused, in its original packaging and includes all parts and accessories included with it at the time of purchase and provided that the return is within 20 days of our shipment date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that for hygiene reasons certain items cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened. Items in this category include; Wigs, Contact Lenses, Teeth, Underwear, Tights (including stockings and socks) and Facial Hair.

Return by POST

Please package the item being returned securely and include proof of purchase and your completed customer returns form (see below). Attach the Returns Label to the outside of the package and take it to your local Post Office. Please ensure that you receive a Certificate of Posting which maybe required if there is a problem with the return of your package.

Your replacement or refund will be actioned on receipt of your returned package at our Returns Processing Centre.

Refund of postage costs will only be considered for reasons that can be attributed to the actions of Karnival Costumes or its manufacturing suppliers.

Customer Returns Note

Please remember to complete all of the fields on the Customer Returns Note.  It is especially important to complete your customer details and order number so that we can process your return. Without these details we will not be able to process your replacement or refund.  Your unique Customer Returns Number is your Original Order Number plus "R" - forms received without a valid returns number risk being delayed within our Returns Processing Department. Your original order number is on your invoice or any of the e-mails you received.
