Rumba Lady Adult Plus Size Fancy Dress Costume

From our collection of Carnival Fancy Dress and definitely an outfit which will get you in the mood for dancing, this is our plus size Rumba Lady fancy dress which is sure to have you dancing the night away. It comprises of a sleeveless long length black dress featuring a scooped rounded neckline and a skirt which is cut higher at the front. The whole dress is decorated with red and yellow satin accents, edged in black, and these are layered to form a ruffled effect around the shoulders and wider and layered ruffles creating the lower portion of the dress.  At the highest point on the hemline there is a ruffled flower head effect and there are two more of these decorating the bust line. Included with the costume and completing the carnival look is another floret which is used as a headpiece.
