The top has a high rounded neckline and incorporates a skimpy black PVC bra top. The cuffs of the long sleeves look best with some punk wristbands worn over the top. Completing this great punk fancy dress for women is a matching pair of nude coloured leggings also with all over tattoo design print as per the top. The leggings are attached to a short (micro-mini) black PVC skirt which is rouched allowing it to swish at all the right times! The wig that the model is wearing is not included with the costume.
