Perfect for any American or Rock and Roll themed party, or comfortable as a summer day dress, this is a beautiful halterneck dress in a pretty blue with a white polka dot design. The dress is shaped featuring narrowing shoulder straps and the flared skirt incorporates a layer of white lace around the inside of the hem giving the impression of a petticoat being worn. Completing the 50s costume look is a long blue satin scarf which should be tied as shown in the picture for the best effect.
