One of our favoiurite times of the year, Springtime brings to mind the first sunny days, lush meadows, green pastures with the first lambs of the season enjoying the warmth of the sun on their backs. I'm going to stop now just before |I get to a host of lonely daffodils - aaargh too late! Okay, its Spring and children everywhere are thinking not about the niceties of life but more probably about Easter and chocolate.
