From the story of the Yellow Brick Road and the Wizard of Oz, this is the Wicked Witch fancy dress costume for children.  Fully licenced by the Turner Entertaiinment Company, this is a useful witch costume which comprises of a full length black dress with long sleeves which features a jagged hemline and jagged drop pointed cuffs to the sleeves. The dress has a detailing around the waist detailing with complimentary fabrics with similar jagged hemlines. Included with the costume is layered cape completes the costume with all layers jagged cut to compliment remainder of the outfit.  This very useful Wicked Witch costume, which is sure to be a hit at Halloween as well as at your Wizard of Oz themed party or production, is completed with a tall black pointed witch's hat with wide brim and green band.
